Fecha 10 of the Torneo Clausura opened Friday with Central Cordoba (SdE) salvaging a 2-2 draw against Defensa y Justicia in Santiago del Estero after trailing by two goals.
Defensa y Justicia led 2-0 on goals from Jeremias Lucco and Leandro Fernandez before Central Cordoba mounted a comeback capped by a goal from Marco Iacobellis. The hosts leveled the score late in the match after a VAR review awarded a penalty for handball against Defensa y Justicia's Nazareno Roselli; Central Cordoba's Leonardo Sequeira had his first attempt saved but converted on a retake after replay showed the goalkeeper had come off his line early. Defensa y Justicia's players protested the calls, with Fernandez calling the officiating "shameful" afterward.
